不留置胃肠减压在胃间质瘤局部切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨胃间质瘤局部切除术围手术期不留置胃肠减压的安全性及可行性。方法共有122例在四川省医学科学院·四川省人民医院行胃间质瘤切除术的患者纳入该研究,按围手术期是否安置胃肠减压分为对照组及研究组。通过t检验或X^2检验分析对照组及研究组在术后排气时间、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率的差异。结果研究组术后排痰困难发生率低于对照组(P=0.034),而两组术后排气时间、住院时间以及其他并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于胃间质瘤行胃局部切除术的患者围手术期不留置胃肠减压是安全、有益的。Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of the local resection without gastrointestinal decompression during the perioperative period in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor. Methods A total of 122 patients who underwent the local resection of gastric stromal tumor in Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients treated with gastrointestinal decompression were divided into the control group, while those treated without gastrointestinal decompression were divided into the experiment group. The methods including T-test and Chi-square test were used to analyze the differences between the two groups in anus exhaust time,length of hospital stay and other complications after gastrectomy. Results The incidence of expectoration difficulty in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P=0. 034）,and there were no significant differences between the two groups in anus exhaust time, length of hospital stay and other complications. Conclusion The local resection without gastrointestinal decompression during the perioperative period is safe and beneficial for patients in the treatment of gastric stromal tumor.
