螺旋断层放疗联合热疗治疗局部晚期肿瘤对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析螺旋断层放疗联合热疗治疗局部晚期肿瘤对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月于我院就诊的局部晚期恶性肿瘤患者94例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=47)与对照组(n=47),对照组患者给予螺旋断层放疗,观察组患者在此基础之上给予热疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的客观有效率、局部控制率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的细胞免疫指标水平、体液免疫指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的细胞免疫指标水平、体液免疫指标水平改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论螺旋断层放疗联合热疗治疗能够有效改善局部晚期肿瘤患者的免疫能力,降低不良反应发生率,治疗效果满意,具有临床推广使用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of spiraling tomotherapy combined with hyperthermia on patients＇ immune function in the treatment of local advanced tumor. Methods A total of 94 patients with local advanced malignant tumors treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group（n=47）and control group（n=47） by digital table method. The patients in the control group were treated with spiral tomotherapy, and the patients in the observation group were treated with hyperthermia on the basis of spiral tomotherapy.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The objective effective rate and local control rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The differences were no statistically significant in the levels of cellular immune index and humoral immune index between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the levels of cellular immune index and humoral immune index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The difference was no statistically significant in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Spiral tomotherapy combined with hyperthermia therapy can effectively improve the immune capacity of patients with local advanced cancer,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and the treatment effect is satisfactory, with clinical use value.
