替莫唑胺联合全脑放疗治疗结直肠癌脑转移的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨替莫唑胺联合全脑放疗治疗结直肠癌脑转移的临床疗效及不良反应。方法回顾性分析我院收治的64例结直肠癌脑转移患者的资料,将64例患者按治疗方案分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用替莫唑胺联合全脑放疗治疗,对照组仅采用全脑放疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果试验组和对照组在胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、肝肾功能毒性等不良反应方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.802、0.800、0.614、0.794);两组患者的治疗有效率、疾病控制率差异有统计学意义(P=0.048、0.039);两组患者6个月及1年的生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020、0.035)。结论替莫唑胺联合全脑放疗治疗结直肠癌脑转移有较好的疗效和安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of temozolomide combined with whole brain radiotherapy in the treatment of colorectal cancer complicated with brain metastases. Methods The data of 64 patients with colorectal cancer complicated with brain metastases who were admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 64 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the treatment plan. The experimental group was given temozolomide combined with whole brain radiotherapy, and the control group was given whole brain radiotherapy alone. The clinical efficacy and side effects were analyzed in both groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal reactions, myelosuppression and liver and kidney toxicities between the experimental group and the control group（P=0.802, 0.800, 0.614, 0.794）; there was statistically significant difference in the treatment efficiency and disease control rate between the two groups（P=0.048,0.039）; there was statistically significant difference in the survival rates at 6 months and 1 year between the two groups（P =0.020, 0.035）. Conclusion Temozolomide combined with whole brain radiotherapy has a good curative effect and safety in the treatment of colorectal cancer complicated with brain metastases.
