摘　　要：立足于当地高职校地合作办学背景,沿着"构思—设计—实施—运行"这一主线,以温州科技职业学院水利工程专业为例,从人才培养目标的构思、人才培养方案设计、人才培养模式的实施以及运行效果出发,进行基于高职校地合作办学背景下工程教育模式的构建。Based on the local vocational school cooperative education background,along the ＂concept-design-implementation-operation＂as the main line,in hydraulic engineering of Wenzhou vocational college of science and technology as an example.From the concept of talent training,the design of personnel training program,the implementation of talent training mode and the operation effect,the construction of engineering education model based on the cooperation between higher vocational schools and local colleges is discussed.
