参仙合剂联合化疗对晚期气阴两虚型肺癌患者淋巴细胞亚群及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参仙合剂联合化疗对晚期气阴两虚型肺癌患者淋巴细胞亚群及生活质量的影响。方法选取53例晚期气阴两虚型肺癌患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组27例和对照组26例。对照组仅进行化疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用参仙合剂。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗2周期后淋巴细胞亚群及生活质量的变化。结果治疗后,试验组患者CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD16^+56^+、情绪、总生活质量、疲乏、气促及肺癌相关症状评分等方面的改善程度优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论参仙合剂联合化疗可提高晚期气阴两虚型肺癌患者免疫功能、改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of Shenxian mixture combined with chemotherapy on lymphocyte subsets and quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome. Methods Fifty-three patients with advanced lung cancer of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome were enrolled and were divided into experimental group（ n = 27） and control group（ n = 26） according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated by chemotherapy alone while the patients in the experimental group were treated by Shenxian mixture on the basis of the therapy performed in the control group. The changes in lymphocyte subsets and quality of life in the two groups were observed before treatment and after two sessions of treatment. Results After treatment, the improvement degrees of CD4＋ , CD4＋＊/CD8＋ ratio, CD16 ＋ 56 ＋ , and scores of emotion, overall quality of life, fatigue, dyspnea and lung cancer-associated symptoms in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shenxian mixture combined with chemotherapy can improve the immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer of Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome.
