《诸病源候论》病冷候导引法探析

摘　　要：《诸病源候论》"冷热病诸候"篇中记述冷热病诸证共七候,病冷候的病机不外乎是邪气存内与卫气相搏,阴胜则寒。在巢氏辑录的养生导引法中,根据正气虚,阴寒胜的特点,以运动形体,调节呼吸,意识导引为主,共列举了五种导引法。＂ Cold fever syndrome＂ in Zhubing Yuanhoulun had descripted seven syndromes of cold fever syndrome,and the pathogenesis of cold syndrome disease was because of pathogenic qi in internal hinged with defense qi,predominant yin making cold. The paper listes a total of five kinds of guidance mothods such as moving body,regulating breathing,conscious guidance mainly according to the characteristics of qi deficiency,predominant yin from CAO Yuan-fang＇s health guidance.
