摘　　要：以新安医家孙文垣《孙文垣医案》中妊娠病验案两则为例,结合孙氏学术思想,阐释孙氏善于从痰论治特色,探求其重视痰证,辨治妊娠诸疾善于清气化痰。《孙文垣医案》案论结合,辨证精细,清气化痰法辨治妊娠病独辟蹊径,分析研究孙氏辨证施治特色,深刻认识中医从痰论治思想,提高临床辨治能力。The paper explains SUN Wen-yuan＇s treatment characteristics from phlagm pattern theory of treatment,taking two pregnancy cases selected from SUN Wen-yuan Medical Records as an example. SUN Wen-yuan combined cases and theory,proficient in syndrome differentiation,the prominent methods in treatment pregnancy diseases with removing heat-phlegm. It will be great significance analyzing and research SUN Wen-yuan＇s treatment characteristics,the thought of treatment from phlagm and then improve the ability of clinical treatment.
