精准扶贫视域下高校开展城乡基层党组织结对共建工作研究

摘　　要：近年来,高校以科学发展观为指导,充分发挥自身优势,积极探索城乡结对共建模式,结对共建工作呈现出了一些新的特点,也面临着结对共建内涵有待深化、共建双方互动性不强、运行保障机制不够健全、结对方式不够科学等诸多亟待解决的问题。在分析产生这些问题原因的基础上,结合现阶段精准扶贫工作的开展情况,提出相应的一些对策,以期进一步完善高校开展城乡基层党组织结对共建工作。In recent years, colleges and universities under the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development, give full play to their advantages, and actively explore the urban and rural twinning. Twinning work has shown some new features. It is also facing the problems that the twinning connotation needs to be deepened, the interaction is not strong, operation safeguard mechanism is not perfect and the pair is not scientific enough. Based on the analysis of these problems and the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation, some corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to improve the work of urban and rural grassroots party organization twinning in colleges and universities.
