完善我国保荐人制度缺陷的思考——以振隆特产IPO造假为例

摘　　要：我国从2004年引进了保荐人制度,至今保荐人制度已经为资本市场服务长达13年。保荐人制度是我国证券发行市场持续稳定发展的功臣之一。保荐人违规屡禁不止的现象也反应了我国保荐人制度仍有不完善之处。振隆特产IPO造假一例彰显了保荐人制度的不足,应提出相应完善对策。The sponsor system was introduced to the mainland of China in 2004, and it has provided services for the stock market for 13 years. The sponsor system is one of the important facilitators in Chinese stock market. But in recent years, more and more sponsor′s punishments attracted the attention of the public. The sponsor′s system isn′t perfect. This paper discusses the imperfections of the sponsor system exposed by the Zhenlong′s IPO fraud and lists solutions at the same time.
