高龄结直肠癌患者术后并发症发生情况和危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄结直肠癌患者术后并发症的发生情况及分析其相关危险因素。方法通过对2010年9月-2015年10月我院普外一科就诊收治的200例高龄结直肠癌患者做回顾性分析。探讨术后并发症的发生情况及分析影响术后并发症的危险因素。结果 200例高龄结直肠癌有130例(65.00%)患者合并有其他基础性疾病,有85例(42.50%)患者出现术后并发症,较为多见的术后并发症有肺部及伤口感染等。多因素分析结果示:患者年龄≥75岁、术前合并有并发症、有低蛋白血症、贫血、手术时间≥210 min及术中有联合其他脏器切除是高龄结直肠癌患者术后并发症发生的危险因素。结论高龄结直肠癌患者术后并发症有很多,主要有肺部及伤口感染等,应注意影响其并发症发生的危险因素并积极处理术后并发症,可对患者治疗和预后有较大的改善。Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of postoperative complications in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of elderly patients with colorectal cancer treated at the Department of General Surgery of our hospital between September 2010 and October 2015 was analyzed retrospectively.The occurrence of postoperative complications and risk factors of postoperative complications were observed. Results There were 130 cases（ 65. 0 %） with other underlying diseases,and 85 cases（ 42.50%） with postoperative complications among the 200 cases of advanced colorectal cancer.The common postoperative complications were lung and wound infections. The results of multivariate analysis showed that patients aged 75 or above,preoperative complications,hypoproteinemia,anemia,duration of surgery ≥210（ min） and surgery with other organ resections were the risk factors for postoperative complications in elderly patients with colon cancer.Conclusion There are different postoperative complications in elderly patients with colorectal cancer. The risk factors of the complications are very complex,which deserve attention and effective control in order to improve the treatment and prognosis of patients.
