摘　　要：针对福建自贸区发展机遇下产业升级转型的现实问题,利用创新网络等相关理论,对"中国制造2025"制造强国战略下福建唯一地方试点——福建泉州制造业进行实际调研,分析产业龙头企业创新转型能力的市场导向、吸收能力以及协同能力维度,以探析转型企业的项目关联度定位以及区域创新网络结构特点,最终提出促进福建自贸区集群龙头企业转型带动下的产业创新网络辐射效应优化的对策和建议。Aiming at the problems of industrial upgrade and transformation practice in Fujian Free Trade Zone,by using innovation network and other relevant theories,practical survey was conducted on the manufacturing industry of Quanzhou,Fujian,which is the only local pilot in Fujian under the ＂Made in China 2025＂manufacturing power strategy; this paper first analyzes market orientation,absorptive capacity and collaborative ability of the innovative and transformation capability of the leading enterprises to discuss the project relevance positioning and characteristics of regional innovation network structure; finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the industrial innovation network effect of radiation driven optimization of Fujian Free Trade Zone cluster under the transformation of leading enterprises.
