摘　　要：针对铁合金和电石行业通用的矿热炉冶炼特点,开发了两者兼容的综合冶炼系统WISAFS 1.0。该系统由6个子系统构成,涵盖了查询、冶炼、设计、成本、管理和帮助功能。系统的设计遵循高聚合、低耦合原则,其易于维护并具备扩展功能。旨在为矿热炉工艺和设计人员提供兼容可靠的手段,为全面优化参数并实现高效低耗冶炼过程提供指导。According to the common metallurgical process characteristics of ferroalloys and calcium carbide,an integrated smelting system WISAFS 1.0 has been developed. WISAFS 1.0 can be applied to different metallurgical processes. There are six sub-systems,such as query,smelting,design,cost,management and help function. The architecture of WISAFS 1.0 follows the principles of high cohesion and low coupling,which can be maintained friendly,easily and extendible. Some compatible and dependable tools can be offered to those people who operates or designs submerged arc furnace process through WISAFS 1.0. On the other hand,a global optimizing parameter schemawhich is an effective and low consumption process can be accomplished with WISAFS 1.0.
