种植牙修复联合正畸治疗创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损患者采用种植牙修复联合正畸治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年4月至2016年4月期间收治的50例创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损患者,所有患者采用种植牙修复联合正畸治疗,定期检查患者种植体骨结合情况、容貌美观恢复情况以及上下牙列咬合关系。结果本组患者经过相应治疗后,牙列排齐整平,种植义齿未松动,覆盖、覆牙合等咬合关系,牙功能均恢复良好。通过CBCT等检查可观察到种植体四周骨结合良好,并没有发现骨吸收。对所有患者进行3个月-3年时间随访,种植体留存率高达100%,各项临床修复评价指标未发现异常。结论创伤性牙缺失伴骨缺损患者采用种植牙修复联合正畸治疗的效果较为理想,可有效改善患者牙齿咬合关系,使种植体保持长久稳定,提高临床治疗修复效果。Objective To analysis of traumatic patients with missing teeth with bone defect combined orthodontic treatment the clinical efect of using dental implants to repair.Methods From April 2012 to April 2016 admitted during the period of 50 cases of traumatic patients with missing teeth with bone defect, all of the patients with dental implants repair joint orthodontic treatment, regular check patients implant bone combined with the situation, looks beautiful and recovery, and upper and lower teeth occlusal relationship.Results The patients after appropriate treatment, fat teeth row of neat, planting denture is not loose, covering, occlusal splint, etc and tooth function recovered well.Through the examination such as CBCT can be observed around the implant bone combined with good, did not fnd that bone resorption.For all patients for 3 months to 3 years follow-up, implant retained rate is as high as 100%, exceptions are not found in the clinical repair evaluation indexes.Conclusion Traumatic patients with missing teeth with bone defect combined orthodontic treatment using dental implants to repair efect is more ideal, can efectively improve the patients＇ teeth occlusal, keep the implant stability for a long time, improve the efect of clinical treatment to repair.
