摘　　要：现今消费品产业的创新和持续发展需要依靠扎实的科学研究为基石,结合产学研合作,协助产业不同利益的持分者应用创新技术,以提升其整体性的竞争力。过去的研究与文献大都集中于一些成功品牌以及公司的营运模式等,鲜有针对或关注以"珠宝检测和宝石鉴定行业的产学研合作"为题的内容,笔者探索产业界与大学和研究机构如何工作,结合以三方的资源合作为基本原则,解决利益冲突,整合多方持分者之间的理性协商,形成业界的跨域共识,发挥机制治理,以达到资源互补的效果,合作研发营运创新与前瞻性的体制,透过合作共赢机制,以惠利其创新机制体系有效运行。以《香港翡翠标准测试方法》及宝石鉴定实验室ISO/IEC 17025质量管理体系的成功事例为研究个案,来探讨和分析珠宝检测和宝石鉴定业的产学研合作模式的成功关键因素及未来国际化发展方向。A solid scientific research together wi th Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration is a cornerstone of innovation and sustainable development of the consumer goods industry. Through such facilitation, different stakeholders could apply innovative technology, and thus the industry＇s competitiveness is enhanced. Whi lst the business models of successful brands and enterprises are always the focus of research literature, there are few focusing on studying the content of the industry-academia-research collaboration model of jewellery and gemstone testing ＆ identification industry, exploring how the industry, universities and re-search institutions can work togtther： （1） Working altogether with a basic principle of tri-partite cooperation of resources, （2） resolving the conflicts of interest, （3） converging stakeholders？ views via rational consultation and formation of industry＇s cross-disciplinary consensus,（4） creating a mechanism to achieve the effect of complementary resources and cooperation of development of innovative and forward-looking systems, and （5） finally through such win-win mechanism, facilitat the effective operation of this innovative system. The case of the ＂Standard Methods for Testing Fei Cui for Hong Kong＂ and the Gem Labo-ratory＇s ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system are studied to analyze the key success factors and to explore the future international development of industry-academia-research col-laboration model of the industry of jewellery testing ＆ certification and gemstone identifica-tion.
