摘 要:如何有效地实施护士长的行为管理,提升护士长在急诊科综合素质及管理能力,属于目前改善科室整体的护理质量的一个重要课题。急诊内科的行为管理模式上,首先是要实行科学的护士长带班制度以及护理岗位责任制度。急诊内科护士长的行为管理内容,主要是包括优质护理的实施和一级质量控制以及病房护理管理以及专业技术的业务培训等四个方面。急诊内科实行护士长行为管理模式,可以强化带班人的责任制度及护理知识的绩效考核,降低在护理工作中出现不良事件、患者投诉及护患纠纷的发生,并且可以提升患者和医护之间、各科室之间的满意度。It is an important subject to improve the overall quality of nursing care in the Department, how to effectively carry out the management of head nurses and improve their comprehensive quality and management ability. The management mode of the emergency internal medicine, the first is the nurse with a class system, post responsibility system nursing.The behavior management of the head nurses in emergency internal medicine mainly includes four aspects: the implementation of high quality nursing, primary quality control, ward nursing management and professional technical training.
