摘　　要：大学学术组织结构的演变受到＂知识论的逻辑＂的影响。＂传统知识论逻辑＂下的知识呈高度精细化和深层化发展,要求大学学术组织具有超然性;而＂社会知识论逻辑＂下的知识呈横向融合性发展,要求大学学术组织具有开放性与交融性。未来的大学学术组织结构演变定然是在两种逻辑的交互作用下而进行的,大学学术组织既具有封闭性,又具有知识的开放性。The evolution of university academic structure is influenced by the＂logic of knowledge＂.Knowledge under the traditional theory is highly refined and deeply developed,which requires the university academic organization to be transcendental.However,knowledge of social theory shows the development of horizontal and integration,which requires the academic organization of universities to be open and mutual.The evolution of academic structure which is both conservative and open will be determined by knowledge of traditional theory and social theory.
