摘　　要：本文以陕西国防工业职业技术学院为对象,回顾学校的办学历史与传统,分析了学校在建设发展中的大学文化与办学特色形成过程,并论述了高校办学历史传统与文化特色之间的关系,提出了传承历史,凝练特色,建设大学文化的意见与建议。With the target of SXIT,the history and the tradition of the school is reviewed,the college＇s culture and the characteristics in the running of the school are analyzed in the paper,The school＇s historical tradition and culture features are illustrated here,and also the advice is put forward in the aspect of inheritance of history,concise features and building of college culture.
