摘 要:日本企业跨文化管理模式是在日本式经营管理基础上发展演变形成的,主要有三方面特点:集权型的日本式跨国管理体制,由日本人执掌的跨国管理体制,用日本语进行工作沟通的跨国管理体制。日本企业跨文化管理模式增加了其管理的直接语言成本和间接语言成本,并与欧美企业管理体制形成了三方面文化冲突:组织文化理念的冲突、对外沟通语言手段的冲突、企业管理方法的冲突。日本企业应对跨文化管理语言成本与文化冲突采取的对策:积极推进英语为主多语混合的语言战略,加快推进"内向国际化",促进企业组织文化从日本国内优先型向国际指向型转变。Evolving and developing from Japanese style operating management, the cross-cultural management mode of Japanese enterprises mainly boasts three features, namely centralist Japanese style transnational management, transnational management system run by Japanese, and transnational management system with Japanese as the working language for communication. Cross-cultural management mode of Japanese enterprises,which increases direct and indirect language costs in management,conflicts culturally with Euramerican enterprise management system in three aspects: concept of organizational culture,language means for foreign communication,and corporate governance. Measures taken by Japanese enterprises to deal with language cost and cultural clash in cross-cultural management include actively boosting the language strategy of English as the main tool supplemented by other languages, accelerating inward internationalization, and promoting the transformation of enterprise organizational culture from domestic priority type to international orientation type.
