摘　　要：目的探索非小细胞肺癌患者血清血管生成素样蛋白2水平的临床意义。方法收集我院收治的47例非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung carcinoma,NSCLC)患者,同时选取同期健康体检者为对照,检测两组人群的血清血管生成素样蛋白2(angiopoietin-like protein2,ANGPTL2)水平。并应用ROC/AUC分析其诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果 NSCLC患者血清ANGPTL2水平显著高于健康对照组(6342±2048对3600±1748 pg/m L,P<0.0001)。ANGPTL2水平的升高与临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论血清ANGPTL2是临床上潜在有效的诊断NSCLC的生物标记物。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum angiopoietin-like protein2 （ ANGPTL2 ） in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma （ NSCLC） . Methods The study selected 47 patients with NSCLC as the study group and healthy people as the control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the levels of ANGPTL2. Sensitivity, specificity and area under curve （AUC） for serum ANGPTL2 levels were determined using receiver operator characteristic （ ROC） analysis. Results The expression of serum ANGPTL2 in patients with NSCLC was significantly higher in the control group than in the control group （6342 ＆#177; 2048 vs. 3600 ＆#177; 1748 pg/mL, P〈0. 0001）. ROC curve analysis showed that at the optimal cut-off （5117 pg/mL）, the serum level of ANGPTL2 had a sensitivity of 78. 3% and a specificity of 77. 0% for distinguishing breast cancer patients from healthy controls with an area under the curve （AUC） of 0. 836 （P〈0. 001, 95% confidence interval：0. 787-0. 885）. Conclusion Our data indicate that serum ANGPTL2 level has potential value for early detection of NSCLC.
