速度对全膜润滑状态下的脂膜厚度的影响

摘  要:研究速度对全膜润滑状态下的脂膜厚度的影响,利用带有光学干涉膜厚测试仪的球碟机对三种不同的油脂进行单点接触实验.实验结果表明膜厚随着速度的变化与"转变速度"有关.速度低于转变速度时,脂膜厚度高于基础油油膜厚度并随着速度提高而变小;速度高于转变速度时,脂膜变厚并逐步与基础油油膜厚度达成一致.测试结果还表明,脂膜厚度与油脂的有效黏度有关,建立了有关处于全膜润滑状态下的脂膜厚度的数学模型,并与测量结果对比后证实了该模型的有效性.In order to study the effect of speed on the grease film thickness in fully film lubrication condi-tions, using ball- disc-disc machine with optical interference film thickness tester does the single point contact ex-periments on three different kinds of oil. The results show that the change trend of grease film thickness is highly related to ‘ transition speed ’ ? When speed is lower than that of transition, the grease film thickness decreases as the speed increases. When speed is higher than that of transition, the grease film becomes thicker and gradually reaches consensus with the base oil film thickness . The results also showed that grease film thickness has some-thing with the grease effective viscosity. The paper builds a mathematical model of film thickness in the full film lubrication conditions, after comparing with the measurement results which confirms the validity of the model.
