摘  要:教师发展是高等教育实现内涵式发展的核心策略。作为教师发展的主要载体,教师发展中心的建设逐渐成为研究热点。近十年来,有关这一问题的国内研究主要围绕其理论基础、建设历程与现状、建制与功能、效能评价和促进策略五个方面展开。梳理文献发现:已有研究在数量和质量上持续提升,为教师发展中心的未来建设提供了理论支持,但仍存在研究主题过于宏观,研究方法单一,研究视角较窄,研究结论缺乏针对性等不足。今后可从强化专门研究和分类研究、拓宽研究视角、增加研究对象、丰富研究方法上取得突破。Faculty development is the core strategy of connotative development for higher education. As the major carrier of faculty development, the construction of Center for Faculty Development has become a hot research topic recently. In the last decade, the domestic research about this topic mainly focus on the following fronts: theoretical basis,construction progress, construction present situation, organizational system, function, effectiveness evaluation and promotion strategy. By studying the literature, it has been found that existing research has increased in both quality and quantity. However, researching topics being too macro, research approach being too single, research perspectives being too narrow and the absence of suitable remedies of research conclusions are the main problems in the existing research.In future, breakthroughs can be made from stressing on special research and classification research, broadening research perspectives, recruiting research objects and utilizing many kinds of research methods.
