摘  要:为评估黑水虻幼虫作为鲤鱼饲料原料的可行性,采用离体处理和在体饲喂的方法,分别测定了建鲤和框鳞镜鲤两种鲤鱼对黑水虻幼虫的消化率。结果表明:(1)建鲤对黑水虻幼虫干物质消化率(29.93%)与黄粉虫(32.35%)、鱼粉(32.63%)的干物质消化率差异不显著(P>0.05),对黑水虻幼虫粗脂肪离体消化率(55.56%)与黄粉虫(57.45%)差异不显著(P>0.05),但两者均显著低于鱼粉(79.36%)(P<0.05),对黑水虻粗蛋白的离体消化率(26.08%)与黄粉虫(27.95%)无显著性差异(P>0.05),显著低于鱼粉(32.45%)(P<0.05)。(2)框鳞镜鲤对黑水虻幼虫的干物质(61.28%)、粗蛋白(82.53%)、粗脂肪(86.02%)的表观消化率均低于鱼粉(干物质63.15%、粗蛋白87.36%、粗脂肪88.31%),其中粗蛋白消化率显著低于鱼粉(P<0.05)。研究提示,黑水虻幼虫可用作建鲤和框鳞镜鲤饲料原料。In order to evaluate the feasibility of hermetia illucen larvae as feed ingredients for carp, this experiment measured the in vitro and in vivo digestibility of hermetia illucen larvae for carp. In vitro ex-periment, crude enzyme of intestinal tract as digestive enzyme source, by means of incubation in vitro di-gestibility, compared with fish meal and tenebrio molier ^ the digestibility of hermetia illucen larvae for ju-venile Jian carp was tested. The results showed that the dry matter digestibility coefficient in vitro of he r-metia illucen larvae (29. 93%) was no different with tenebrio molier(32. 35 %)and fish meal(32. 63 % ) (P 〉 0. 05). The crude lipid digestibility coefficient in vitro of hermetia illucen larvae(55. 56% ) were no differ-ent with tenebrio molier(57 . 45%) (P 〉0. 05) , but they were significantly lower than fish meal(79. 36%) (P〈0. 05). The crude protein digestibility coefficient in vitro of hermetia illucen larvae(26. 08%) was sig-nificantly lower than tenebrio molier (21. 95%) and fish meal (32. 4 5 % ) ( P 〈0. 05). In vivo experiment, 0. 50%chromium sesquioxide as exogenous indicator, the experimental diets consisted of 70% basal diet and 30% test feed ingredient. It also tested the apparent digestibility coefficient of the dry matter, crude protein and crude fat of fish meal and hermetia illucen larvae for mirror carp. The experimental fish, with an average weight of 70. 00 ± 1. 87g , were randomly fed in recirculating aquaculture system. The fecal samples were collected by siphonage after 1 week. The results showed that the apparent digestibility of the dry matter(61. 28%) , crude protein(82. 53%) and crude lipid(86. 02% ) of hermetia illucen larvae were ower than fish meal(63. 15 % , 87. 36 % , 88. 31 %) (P 〉0. 05) , and the apparent digestibility of crude pro-tein was significantly lower than fish meal(P〈0. 05).
