摘  要:钢套箱-柔性墩柱是内河航道中一种常见的防撞装置。采用显式动力分析软件LS-DYNA对内河驳船撞击钢套箱-柔性墩柱防撞装置进行了动力仿真计算,分析了2类代表性工况——正撞及偏撞情况下,船撞撞击防撞装置的碰撞过程、荷载时程,以及防撞套箱变形损伤情况。计算结果表明,2类不同工况在碰撞过程中存在明显区别,正撞情况下荷载峰值较大,但持时较短。2类工况中,钢套箱接触范围内等效应力超过静态屈服强度,但塑性变形只局限于较小范围内。分析结果表明,钢套箱处于安全状态。Steel box cofferdam-flexible pile structure is one kind of typical composite anti-collision system in the inland waterway. In this paper,dynamic simulation is conducted to investigate the collision between inland barge and steel box cofferdam-flexible pile structure via explicit dynamic analysis software,LS-DYNA. Two typical impact cases,head-on collision and offset collision are taken to study the impact processes,impact load time history,deformation and damage of the steel box. The results show that obvious differences are existed between these two impact cases. The maximum load by head on collision is larger than the one via offset collision,while the duration of impact load in head-on collision is relative shorter than the other one. In these two impact cases,the equivalent stress within the range of contact exceeds the static yield stress of steel,while the plastic deformation only happens in limited area. The results by dynamic analysis demonstrate that the steel box is in safe condition under vessel collision.
