摘 要:为提高整机紧凑性,通过计算流体动力学方法设计了集成水-空中冷器进气管,并对比分析了采用集成中冷器进气管方案与原机状态在外特性试验条件下的整机综合性能、进气压力波及瞬态响应特性。试验结果显示,采用集成中冷器进气管方案后,标定工况功率提高了2.1%,燃油消耗率降低了4.3g/(kW·h),涡轮前排气温度降低12℃,高速工况充气效率提高,低速工况充气效率降低,柴油机瞬态响应性能提高。To improve engine compactness, an intake pipe with integrated inter-cooler was designed for a four-cylinder engine by using the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics simulation. The comprehensive engine performance, intake pressure wave and transient response under the external characteristic or full throttle condition were compared and analyzed before and after adopting such intake pipe. The test results show that after adopting the intake pipe with integrated intercooler, the engine rated power increases by 2. 1% , the fuel consumption and temperature before turbine at the rated point reduce by 4. 3 g/(kW·h) and 12 ℃ respectively, volumetric efficiency increases at high speed and decreases at low speed, and the transient response increases.
