摘 要:目的:观察无机填料的含量对纳米羟基磷灰石(n-HA)复合树脂双键转化率的影响。方法:将经过硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面处理后的n-HA作为无机填料与配制好的光固化树脂基体共混,制备成复合树脂材料,并根据n-HA在复合材料中所占的比例将其分为A(45 wt%)、B(55 wt%)、C(65 wt%)、D(75 wt%)4组,同时取卡瑞斯玛光固化复合树脂作为对照(E组)。然后将5组复合树脂各制作5个试件,并分别测定各组试件的红外吸收光谱(IR),同时计算其双键转化率。结果:复合树脂材料中n-HA所占比例对其双键转化率具有一定影响,所占比例为45 wt%、55 wt%及75 wt%时,双键转化率均低于对照组及65 wt%组(P<0.05);65 wt%组与对照组双键转化率分别为(48.56±1.54)%和(45.72±0.91)%(P>0.05)。结论:纳米羟基磷灰石填料的含量可影响复合树脂的双键转化率,当n-HA含量为65 wt%时,其双键转化率最高。AIM: To study the effects of inorganic filler content on the double bonds conversion of nano hydrxyapatite( n-HA) composite resin. METHODS: The composite materials were composed of a visible light-curing monomer mixture as a matrix and n-HA as an inorganic filler. The surface of the n-HA particles was modified by a silane coupling agent KH-570. The quality proportion of n-HA in the composite materials was 45 wt%( group A),55 wt%( group B),65 wt%( group C) and 75 wt%( group D) respectively( n = 5),CHARISMA was served as the control group( E). The infra-red( IR) spectra of composite resins was determined and the degree of double bonds conversion was calculated. Data were subjected to variance analysis. RESULTS: The double bonds conversion rate of group A,B and D was lower than that of group C and E( P 0. 05). The double bonds conversion rate of group C and E was( 48. 56 ± 1. 54) % and( 45. 72 ± 0. 91) % respectively( P 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The content of inorganic fillers has a certain influence on the double bonds conversion of n-HA composite resin,n-HA at 65 wt% may produce the highest double bonds conversion of n-HA composite resin.
