摘 要:采用碱性过氧化氢法对纤维素的提取工艺进行了研究,以期获得含量较高的柚皮纤维素。通过单因素实验,探究了提取温度、提取时间、NaOH质量分数及H_2O_2体积分数对柚皮纤维素含量的影响。在此基础上,通过正交实验确定了最佳的工艺条件,并利用红外光谱对产物进行定性分析。结果表明:柚皮纤维素最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度80℃、提取时间为4 h、NaOH质量分数为4%、H_2O_2体积分数为0.9%,在此条件下纤维素含量为77%。由红外光谱分析可知所得提取物为纤维素物质。In order to obtain high cellulose content from pomelo peel,the extraction process of cellulose using alkaline hydrogen peroxide was studied.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,sodium hydroxide concentration and H2 O2 concentration on cellulose content were investigated.On the basis of single factor experiments,the optimal extraction conditions of pomelo peel cellulose was determined using orthogonal test,and the extract was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.The results indicated that the optimal conditions for cellulose extraction were:extraction temperature of 80 ℃,extraction time of 3 h,sodium hydroxide concentration of 4%,H2 O2 concentration of 0.9%.Under these conditions,the cellulose content was 77%.The infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the extract was cellulose compound.
