喉鳞癌组织中Survivin、Bcl-2与S100A4的表达水平与其临床病理意义

摘　　要：目的探究喉鳞癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白(Survivin)、B淋巴细胞瘤-2(Bcl-2)与S100A4的表达水平与其临床病理意义。方法选取2013年12月至2015年12月期间收治的、符合纳入标准的喉鳞癌患者50例,所有患者经手术切除后,共获得50份喉鳞癌标本,将其分为高分化组(n=22)、中分化组(n=8)以及低分化组(n=20);另在同一时期将23例喉部声带息肉标本,作为对照组。观察4组Survivin、Bcl-2与S100A4的表达水平以及Survivin、Bcl-2与S100A4的表达水平与淋巴结转移的关系;并观察S100A4与Bcl-2、Survivin与S100A4以及Survivin与Bcl-2之间的表达关系。结果 (1)4组Survivin、Bcl-2与S100A4的阳性表达率:与对照组相比,高分化组、中分化组以及低分化组的Survivin、Bcl-2与S100A4的阳性表达率均较高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)淋巴结转移关系:Survivin、Bcl-2、S100A4表达水平与在有无淋巴结转移患者之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)相关性分析:S100A4阳性表达率与Bcl-2无明显关系(χ~2=0.004,P=0.947)。Survivin与S100A4阳性表达两者具有统计学差异(χ~2=4.861,P=0.027),呈正相关关系(r=0.541,P<0.05)。Survivin与Bcl-2阳性表达具有统计学差异(χ~2=8.026,P=0.005),呈正相关关系(r=0.482,P<0.05)。结论 Survivin、Bcl-2与S100A4可作为喉鳞癌早期诊断的重要三个指标,可为喉鳞癌的诊断、治疗以及预后提供依据。Objective To explore the expression level of Survivin,Bcl-2 and S100 A4 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 50 patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma from December 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected. All patients received surgical resection,a total of 50 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,50 specimens were divided into highly differentiated group（ n = 22）,moderate differentiation group（ n = 8） and low differentiation group（ n = 20）. In the same period,23 samples of laryngeal vocal cord polyps were selected as a control group. The expression levels of Survivin,Bcl-2,S100 A4 and Survivin,Bcl-2,and S100 A4 expression in 4 groups were observed and the relationship between the expression of and the lymph node metastasis was observed. And to observe the expression of S100 A4 and Bcl-2,Survivin and S100 A4,as well as the expression of Survivin and Bcl-2. Results The positive rate of Survivin,Bcl-2 and S100 A4 in 4 groups： compared with the control group,positive rate of Survivin,Bcl-2 and S100 A4 in the high differentiation group,moderate differentiation group and poorly differentiated group were higher with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 001）. Lymph node metastasis： Survivin,Bcl-2,S100 A4 and lymph node metastasis did not differ significantly（ P〈0. 05）. S100 A4 and Bcl-2： through statistical analysis,the positive rate of S100 A4 was not significantly related to Bcl-2（ χ^2= 0. 004,P = 0. 947）. Survivin and S100 A4 positive expression were statistically different（ χ^2= 4. 861,P = 0. 027）,positive correlation（ r = 0. 541,P〈0. 05）. Survivin and Bcl-2 positive expression were statistically different（ χ^2= 8. 026,P = 0. 005）,positive correlation（ r = 0. 482,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Survivin,Bcl-2 and S100 A4 could be used as important indexex for the early diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,and can provide the basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of laryngeal squamo
