高校改革背景下班主任工作创新的途径研究

摘　　要：为进一步提高高校班主任的工作能力,运用文献研究法和访谈法,通过认真研读教育部高校改革关于班主任和辅导员学生工作的文件,并结合学校实际,探讨高校班主任工作普遍存在的问题,由此提出恪守立德为先,严格履行教育部"红七条";坚持终身学习,提高职业素养;利用网络平台,保持师生沟通畅达;建立家校合作关系等几个班主任工作创新的途径。In order to improve the work ability of colleges and universities teacher class,this article uses literature research and interview method,studies the files about the student works of class teachers and counselors,which were proposed by the ministry of education interfering with colleges and universities reform. It explores the common problems existing in class teacher work combining the reality of school,thus it puts forward the ways of innovation,such as abiding these principles about morals first,related files of ministry of education; insisting on lifelong learning to improve the professional quality;utilizing the network platform to keep the communication between teachers and students; establishing parent-school cooperative relationship and so on.
