摘 要:宁启铁路是我国为数不多全程运营200 km/h动车组列车、普速旅客列车及货物列车的铁路,其运营组织模式少有既有经验可借鉴。文章结合宁启铁路改造后开行动车组列车产生的问题,包括客货共线、列车开行方案编制、施工天窗设置等方面遇到的难题进行分析,提出采取综合一体化的原则,从动车组列车运营组织方案和保障方案方面进行优化,确保动车组列车在本线和跨线模式的开行。并根据开行动车组列车将近一年来旅客出行方式的变化情况,提出了进一步优化动车组列车的运营组织方案。宁启铁路的动车组开行运营组织方案可为其他铁路开行动车组列车提供借鉴和参考。NingQi railway( Nanjing-Nantong) is one of the few railways shared by 200 km/h EMU,ordinary passenger train and freight train in the whole line in China. It is lack of existing experience for operation organization. This paper analyzes the problems in mixed line for passenger and freight,train operation plan preparation and construction skylight setting arising from the operation of the EMU after the improvement of NingQi railway and puts forward the integrated principle that the EMU operation organization and guarantee schemes are optimized to ensure the operation of EMU under this line and overline mode. According to change of passenger travel mode in nearly a year,the operation organization scheme of EMU is optimized further. EMU operation organization scheme of NingQi railway can provide some references for the EMU operation of other similar line.
