民营科技企业成长过程中商业模式双元演化研究

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的飞速发展,企业间商业模式竞争更加激烈。面对瞬息万变的市场环境,及时推动商业模式演化成为企业获取竞争优势、促进自身成长的关键决策。商业模式演化与企业成长密切相关,为解析企业成长过程提供新的视角。基于现有研究成果,首先界定商业模式与商业模式演化概念,并简析商业模式演化与企业成长间关系。其次,提出商业模式的双元演化方式——渐进式演化与激进式演化。最后,通过2家民营科技企业案例分析,进一步论证了企业成长过程中商业模式双元演化现象。With the rapid development of the Internet technologies, the competition on business model among en- terprises becomes more fiercer. In the face of changes at every moment in the market, it is key decisions to drive the evolution of business model for achieving competitive advantages and the growth of enterprises. Busi- ness model evolution is closely related to the growth of enterprises. The former provides a new perspective for the analysis of the latter. Firstly, based on the previous researches, this paper defines the conceptions of business model and business model evolution, and then analyzes the relationship between BME and the enterprise growth. Secondly, this paper proposes the ambidextrous evolution on business model, including the incremental one and the radical one. Finally, through double case studies, this paper further demonstrates the incremental and the radi- cal evolutions on business model.
