不同体质受试者温度觉得分与穴位生物电信号值的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察不同中医体质人群中医体质量表中相关温度觉得分及穴位生物电信号特征,并探讨二者的相关性。方法 79例受试者采用中医体质分类与判定量表分别筛选符合典型阳虚质、阴虚质和平和质的转化分数人群分别为32例、28例和19例,采用系统状态电子测量仪检测各组受试者体表左右十二原穴及八脉交会穴的生物电信号值,并对中医体质量表中相关温度觉总分与十二原穴及八脉交会穴生物电信号值进行相关性分析。结果 79例受试者中医体质量表中相关温度觉总分仅与右侧神门穴生物电信号值呈负相关(P<0.05);阳虚质组受试者中医体质量表中相关温度觉总分与左侧足临泣穴生物电信号值呈正相关(P<0.05);阴虚质组受试者中医体质量表中相关温度觉总分与左侧列缺穴、外关穴、公孙穴,以及右侧冲阳穴、列缺穴生物电信号值呈正相关(P<0.05),与右侧太渊穴生物电信号值呈负相关;平和质组受试者中医体质量表中相关温度觉总分和与左侧大陵穴、神门穴、腕骨穴、公孙穴生物电信号值呈正相关(P<0.05),与左侧内关穴、列缺穴、外关穴,以及右侧列缺穴、外关穴生物电信号值分别呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论原穴及八脉交会穴生物电信号值检测可以为体质判别提供参考,阳虚质、阴虚质和平和质人群十二原穴及八脉交会穴生物电信号值与中医体质量表中相关温度觉总分有一定相关性。Objective To examine the related temperature sense score in Chinese medicine body constitution scale and characteristics of acupoint biological signal in people with different Chinese medicine body constitution and to explore the correlation between them. Methods Thirty-two cases with typical Yang deficiency constitution conversion score,28 cases with Yin deficiency constitution conversion score,and 19 cases with Yin-Yang harmony constitution conversion score were screened out from 79 subjects by using Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision scale. Biological signal values of body surface of bilateral twelve yuan-primary points and eight confluence points of subjects in each group were detected with electronic system state measuring instrument. Correlation analysis was made on total scores of related temperature sense in the Chinese medicine constitution scale and the biological signal values of twelve yuan-primary points and eight confluence points. Results In 79 subjects,total scores of related temperature sense in the Chinese medicine constitution scale were negatively related to the biological signal value of right Shenmen（ HT7）（ P〈0. 05）. In Yang deficiency subjects group,total scores of related temperature sense in the Chinese medicine constitution scale were positively related to the biological signal value of left Zulinqi（ GB41）（ P〈0. 05）. In Yin deficiency subjects group,total scores of related temperature sense in the Chinese medicine constitution scale were positively related to the biological signal values of left Lieque（ LU7）,Waiguan（ SJ5）,and Gongsun（ SP4）,and right Chongyang（ ST42） and Lieque（ P〈0. 05）; and the scores were negatively related to the biological signal value of right Taiyuan（ LU9）. In Yin-Yang harmony subjects group,total scores of related temperature sense in the Chinese medicine constitution scale were positively related to the biological signal value of left Daling（ PC7）,Shenmen,Wangu（ SI4） and Gongsun（ P〈0
