摘　　要：报告2例鱼鳞病样蕈样肉芽肿。例1.患者男,45岁。因全身皮肤干燥伴躯干淡褐色斑片1年就诊。例2.患者男,25岁。因躯干及四肢鳞屑性斑片12年就诊。皮肤科检查:2例均表现为躯干及四肢弥漫性、大小不等、菱形或多角形、淡褐色至黑褐色的鱼鳞病样斑片。皮损组织病理检查:真皮浅层单个核细胞浸润,可见单个核细胞进入表皮,呈轻度异形改变。免疫组化:单个核细胞CD3及CD4阳性,CD20及CD79a阴性。2例患者均诊断为鱼鳞病样蕈样肉芽肿。Two cases of ichthyosiform mycosis fungoides are reported. Case 1. A 45-year-old man presented with a 1-year history of xeroderma and brown macules on the trunk. Case 2. A 25-year-old man presented with scaly macales on the trunk and the extremities for 12 years. Dermatological examination of both cases revealed generalized, irregular, brown-black, rhom- bic or polygonal scaly nmcules on the trunk and the extremities. Histopathological examination showed diffuse infiltration of mononuclear cells in the superficial dermis, with the epidermotropism of mononuclear cells and mild atypia of epidermotropic cells, hnmunohistochemistry showed that the mononuelear cells were positive for CD3 and CD4, and negative for CD20 and CD79a. The diagnosis of both patients were ichthyosiform mycosis fungoides.
