美学区即刻种植即刻修复的研究现状

摘　　要：目前,种植义齿已成为修复天然牙缺失的重要方法。传统的种植修复需要经历漫长的治疗过程。然而,随着生活节奏的加快,即刻种植即刻修复渐渐成为近几年学者们研究的热点,其具有缩短治疗周期,减少患者就诊次数,更好地保存维持软硬组织的优点。美学区指微笑时能够露出的所有区域,在患者的社交生活中扮演重要的角色,是目前研究的重点。本文就美学区即刻种植即刻修复的适应证与禁忌证、植体的选择和植入位置、微创拔牙技术、骨缺损的处理、临时冠的作用和制作方法以及未来发展的展望等作一综述。Nowadays, implant denture has become an important method to restore the loss of natural teeth. Traditional implant placement and restoration undergo a long process of treatment. However, with the accelerated pace of life, immediate implant has gradually become a hot spot in recent years. Immediate implant and immediate provisionalization has the advantages of shortening the treatment period, reducing patients＇ visits and the maintenance of soft and hard tissues. Esthetics zone was defined as any dentoalveolar segment that is visible upon full smile, which plays an important role in patients＇ social life. In this paper, we summarize the indications and contraindications of immediate implant, the choice of implant type, minimally invasive tooth extraction, the bone defect and its repair, the effects and production ways of temporary crown and prospect for the future development.
