摘　　要：皮肤病学是一门具有专科特色的临床学科,皮肤病理在皮肤病诊断中具有重要作用,也是医学生需要掌握的临床基本技能之一。当前的教学模式下,学员对皮肤病理的学习缺乏兴趣和积极主动性。基于此,我们利用丰富的临床病例资源建立适合不同专业层次医学生学习的皮肤病理病例库,为临床教学提供有力支持和帮助,在师生中均取得良好反响。Dermatology is a clinical discipline with professional characteristics. The dermatopathology plays an important role in the diagnosis of skin diseases, which is also one of the necessary basic clinical skills for medical students. Under the current teaching mode, students study dermatopathoItogy without interest and positive initiative. We established dermatopathology databases for different professional level of medical students, based on our abundant clinical case resources. It provides strong support and help in clinical teaching for not only teachers but also students and good response has been achieved.
