摘 要:在"互联网+"背景下,高职学生需要具备自主学习和创新能力。面对新的形势,提出双轨制人才培养模式,一方面针对大多数学生,在传统人才培养模式的基础上,强调实际应用项目的融入,并搭建独立的网络学习和交流平台——教学云平台,使高职学生进一步体验到互联网学习的便利;另一方面,建立高职学生研发小组,独立培养敢于接受"互联网+"时代挑战的学生,让他们进行应用方面的探索与创新,承接智能制造和创新创业的使命。随着对双轨制人才培养模式的进一步研究和应用,希望对高职院校人才培养模式的改革起到积极的推动作用。Under the background of "internet plus", it is necessary for higher vocational college students to have the ability of independent learning and innovation. Facing the new situation, dual-track talents training mode is proposed. On the one hand, for most students, the integration of practical application project is enhanced on the basis of traditional talents training mode. And the independent network learning and communication platform, teaching cloud platform, is established for making higher vocational college students experience the convenience of learning on internet. On the other hand, the research group of higher vocational students is developed. The students who dare to accept the "internet plus" challenge will be trained independently. Moreover, they will carry out exploration and innovation in application field and will undertake the mission of intelligent manufacturing and innovative entre- preneurship. With the further research and practice of the dual-track talents training mode, it is hoped to play a positive role in promoting the reform of talents training mode in higher vocational colleges.
