摘　　要：目的:了解区域基层部队卫生装备培训课程情况,提出调整建议。方法:采用问卷调查、现场调研以及召开座谈会的方式,向2个教学班次53名培训学员调查部队卫生装备培训课程开设情况以及对课程开设必要性的认可程度。应用Excel 2010和SPSS 18.0软件对调查问卷进行处理,使用Likert五分量表和描述性方法进行数据分析。结果:根据调查数据分析,课程模块设置合理的占总模块数的61.5%,不合理的占7.7%,需求不明确的占30.8%。并根据课程认可度较低原因提出建议,为后续课程模块调整提供依据。结论:模块化课程体系适应士官学员,但仍需对课程模块进行调整完善,根据不同岗位实施差异化训练,进一步强化和开拓实践教学新模式。Objective To understand the medical equipment training situation by using modular curricula and to present adjusting advices. Methods Questionnaire survey, site survey and discussion were executed in 53 students from two classes to make clear the situation and necessity of military medical equipment training curricula. Then Excel 2010 and SPSS 18.0were used for treating the questionnaire, and Likert five-point scale and descriptive approach were applied to data analysis.Results The survey data showed that 61.5% of the modular curricula were set up reasonably, while 7.7% were not and 30.8%were not oriented clearly. Some suggestions were put forward to enhance the curricula recognition. Conclusion The modular curricula adapts itself to the sergeant student, though has to be improved in individualized training and new mode for practical teaching.
