摘  要:设计了一种用于研究汽车电磁馈能主动悬架的实验台。该实验台设计采用整体式的框架结构,主要包括机械激振器、1/4车辆模拟电磁馈能悬架和数据采集系统等。其中机械激振器设计基于多连杆机构运动原理;电磁馈能悬架采用了螺旋弹簧、滚珠丝杆加电机的结构,同时保留了悬架的车轮总成;基于Labview开发了实验台数据采集系统。建立了整个实验台的实体模型、力学模型和数学表达。基于MATLAB软件建立了实验台仿真模型,将仿真结果与实际台架采集的数据进行对比分析,确定了实验台及仿真模型的有关参数。结果表明:所设计实验台性能满足车辆悬架理论研究和试验分析要求。Research and design for test bench of electromagnetic regenerative suspension was worked out. The test bench has the integral frame structure, includes mechanical vibration, 1/4 vehicle electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension and test data acquisition system. Based on multi-lever principle, mechanical vibration stimulator was manufactured. Electromagnetic feedback suspension has the structure including the spiral spring, a ball screw rod and a motor, and also retains the wheels and tires. The test data acquisition system was build using Labview. The entity model, mechanical model and mathematical expression of the test bench were established. MATLAB simulation model for the test bench was established. Parameters of the test bench and the simulation model are determined by the comparative analysis of simulation and test data, analysis result shows the test bench of electromagnetic regenerative suspension was practical and reliable, and can meet the requirements of the test research on the theory of suspension.
