摘  要:我国少数民族群体就业能力总体不足,相对于主体民族,在竞争日益激烈的就业市场处于劣势。通过分析少数民族就业中存在问题和原因,认为抓住"一带一路"建设实施机遇,谋划促进民族地区经济发展和扩大少数民族就业等工作任务正当其时。而提升少数民族就业竞争能力,需要加强针对少数民族就业促进的制度建设和路径规划,有效转化国家立法政策,不断创新探索民族地区就业促进的实践。The ethnic minorities are generally in disadvantage in competition in labor force market in our country because of their lower employablitity at large scale. The essay focuses on obstacles and causes which renders negative impact on employment promotion in ethine regions, suggesting that the Belt and Road Initiatives has brought forth opportunities to improve employment situations of minorities. The authors argued that it is fundamental to build and to improve employment promotion institutions for enhancing employalbility of ethnic groups. And the authors also suggest that employment institution construction of ethnic minorities will make great contribution to optimization of national employment institution in a multiple-national state. The stakeholders concerned shall implement ethnic-oriented policies more effectively, ensuing more ethic groups to benefit from innovation and practice of employment promotion.
