摘 要:深入研究生物化学实验课的教学规律对培养学生的实践动手能力和创新精神具有重要意义。不少论文准确地指出了目前教学中存在的问题并给出一些见解性改进措施,但分享卓有成效的探索性经验文章相对较少。因此,本文在分析目前高校生物化学实验教学普遍存在共性问题的基础上,分享作者们在多年教学中一些改革性尝试和教学效果,最后对课程的进一步改革提出见解。It is very meaningful to study deeply the class teaching of Biochemistry Experiment for cultivation the operational practice and creative spirit of students. There is still limited information on sharing some stories of successful coarse teaching,though numerous papers on some improvement measures on the present problems existing in teaching. Accordingly,these common problems were described in this article. Then the explorative reformations made by authors were introduced,followed by the course" teaching effect contributed by the explorative practice. Finally,authors gave an oudook to the reformation of teaching the Biochemistry Experimentcourse.
