摘　　要：高等院校是创新型研究生的主要场所,其中导师和研究生是其有效组成部分和活跃主体。在创新型研究生培养过程中,良好的师生关系能够最大限度地调动导师和研究生两个方面的积极性。导师方面要积极创造良好的科研活动氛围,同时要在教育理念、责任心和师德师风以及自身创新意识、创新思维和创新能力等方面提高自身综合素质;另一方面,研究生本身也要加强自我教育、自我管理、自我服务,做到自我突破和创新发展。只有师生双方积极互动,才能真正实现创新型人才研究生培养。Colleges and universities are the main places for postgraduate innovation,the iristructors and graduate students is an effective and active components of the main part. In the innovative process of postgraduate training,good teacher-student relationship,to maximize the mobilization of the enthusiasm of the teachers and graduate students in two aspects. The instructors should actively create a good at the same time in the atmosphere of scientific research activities, education idea,responsibility and ethics as well as their innovative consciousness,innovative thinking and innovative ability and improve their comprehensive quality;on the other hand,graduate students themselves must strengthen self education,self management,self service,self innovation and development of both teachers and students only. Positive interaction,in order to truly realize the cultivation of innovative talents.
