摘　　要：改革开放以来,山西高等师范教育走出了一条具有自身特点的发展之路。在教师教育实践体系走向开放化的趋势下,以教师队伍专业化发展为着眼点,构建体现时代特色与地方特点的教师教育质量保障机制,应成为山西教师教育实践的方向选择。Since the reform and opening up,Shanxi higher teacher education has made a development path with its own characteristics.With the opening development of the teacher education system,it should focus on the teachers professional development,and build the teacher education quality assurance mechanisms with the characteristics of the times and Shanxi.
