摘　　要：《财务报表分析》实用性非常强,通过报表分析不但能透视企业提供的财务数字背后的经营状况,更能通过财务报表分析,对企业的管理质量、战略实施的成效进行判断,并对企业未来发展前景进行有效预测。本文基于行动导向教学对《财务报表分析》课程进行教学改革探析,旨在提高学生对课程的学习兴趣,力求培养出适应社会需求的财经专业人才。＂Financial statement analysis＂ is very practical,through the analysis of the report can not only experience the financial figures behind the business situation,more through the financial statements analysis,the quality of enterprise management,the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy to judge,and the future Development prospects for effective forecasting. Based on the action-oriented teaching,this paper aims to improve the students＇ interest in the curriculum and try to cultivate the financial professionals who meet the needs of the society.
