摘 要:为探索中国智能汽车产业竞争力形成机理动态演进规律,科学引导、合理调控智能汽车产业的快速健康发展,首先构建了中国智能汽车产业竞争力评价指标体系,然后采用PLS法(Partial Least Square)建立了智能汽车产业竞争力评价模型,最后,借助相关资料和调研对2012~2015年间中国智能汽车产业各竞争要素重要程度的变化趋势进行了分析。研究发现,专业水平低、成本控制能力较弱、产业布局不够完善、基础配套设施落后等是中国智能汽车产业竞争力不强的主要原因,进而提出了提升中国智能汽车产业竞争力应加速技术进步和产品迭代、增强智能成本控制能力、完善产业布局和智库建设、推动兼管立法和车联网的发展、进行大规模基础设施建设等建议。In order to explore the dynamic evolution mechanism of Chinese intelligent auto industry competitiveness, scientifically guide and reasonably regulate the development of intelligent auto industry, a Chinese smart car industry competitiveness evaluation index system first was constructed. Then the PLS method was used to establish an industry competitiveness evaluation model. Finally, the changing trend of the importance degree of competitiveness elements from 2012-2015 was analyzed, depicting its evolution mechanism. The study found that low professional standards, weak cost control, imperfect industrial layout are the main reasons for made Chinese intelligence auto industry less competitive. Based on these analyses, some construction proposals were put forward to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese intelligence auto industry.
