摘　　要：从测试服务质量过程能力需求分析出发,构建了以过程为基础的"16方盒"服务质量模型。在文献研究与专家调查的基础上,结合测试服务质量特点,开展了测试服务评价指标维度分析以及问卷调查设计,创建了基于测试SERVQUAL模型量表五大维度54个评价指标,构建了测试服务质量(差距)评价模型,对该模型进行了测验及其推广应用。针对影响服务质量的主要问题实施了改进与对策措施,进一步提高了测试服务质量,提高了油田开发动态监测的质量效益和经济效益。The test service quality model of ＂16 box＂ based on process was established based on the demand analysis of test service quality process capability. Based on the study of literatures and the investigation of experts, according to the characteristics of the test service quality, the dimension analysis of testing service evaluation indexes and the design of questionnaire investigation were carried out, 54 evaluation indexes of 5 dimensions were constructed based on test SERVQUAL model, the testing service quality evaluation mod- el was established, and it was tested and applied. In view of the main problems affecting service quality, some improvement measures are put forward in order to further improve the quality of test service and improve the dynamic monitoring quality and economic benefits of oilfield development.
