摘 要:深圳安托山安峦公馆基坑需爆破开挖,爆破区紧邻运营地铁安全保护区,为了确保基坑爆破安全对各项减振措施进行了试验研究。依据试验结果,对距地铁隧道边缘水平距离20 m以内采用了小孔径装药、非电导爆管雷管起爆、布设双排减振孔、孔底设置气垫层等措施;对距地铁隧道边缘水平距离20~30 m采用了数码电子雷管干扰减振和布设减振孔;对距地铁隧道边缘水平距离30 m以外采用了导爆管雷管微差控制爆破。整个基坑爆破施工期间振动速度小于控制值,工程如期完工。The blasting excavation for foundation pit of Anluan mansion in Antoine hill of Shenzhen needs to be made and the blasting area is adjacent to safety protection area of operation subway. To ensure the safety of foundation pit blasting,v arious vibration reducing measures were studied in this paper.According to the test results,such measures should be made within the horizontal distance of 20 m from metro tunnel edge as small aperture charge,nonel tube detonator initiation,double rowvibration reducing hole layout,air cushion layer arranged at the bottomof the hole,the digital electronic detonator interfere and vibration reducing hole should be adopted when the horizontal distance is 20 to 30 m from metro tunnel edge,the nonel tube detonator millisecond controlled blasting should be carried out beyond the horizontal distance of 30 mfrommetro tunnel edge.The vibration speed is less than the controlled value during the blasting construction of the whole foundation pit and the project was completed on schedule.
