摘  要:师资队伍建设是地方本科院校发展中急需解决的重大课题。文章首先对地方本科院校师资队伍建设的内涵及主要内容进行了阐释;同时,以泉州师范学院师资队伍建设为例,分析了地方本科院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题及主要原因,以此为基础从优化师资队伍配置,促进学科均衡发展;完善引才机制,加快引进紧缺人才;加强双师双能型人才引进与培育;加强兼职教师队伍建设;促进教师学位提升,支持教师海(境)外研修;实行教师分类考核评价管理;完善科研教研教改保障机制等方面提出完善地方本科院校师资队伍建设的实践构想。Faculty construction is an important issue for the development of regional colleges and universities.The paper firstly illustrates the connotation and main contents of the faculty construction in the regional colleges and universities. Meanwhile, it takes Quanzhou Normal University as an example to analyze the problems and causes in the faculty construction at the regional colleges and universities and tries to offer some practical propositions; Optimizing the faculty configuration and keeping balance of discipline development ~ Improving the mechanism of talents introduction and accelerating the introduc- tion of urgently-needed talents~ Strengthening the introduction and cultivation of double-certificated and double-talented teachers ~ Reinforcing the construction of part-time teachers ; Promoting the degrees of the faculty and supporting their further study and training abroad ; Implementing classification exam- ination,evaluation and management for the faculty; and perfecting the indemnificatory mechanism of scientific research, didactical research and educational reform.
