摘  要:目的建立有效控制医院制剂槐枝合剂中苯甲酸钠含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Agilent XDB-C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调p H为3.0)-乙腈(65∶35),流速1 m L/min,检测波长248 nm,柱温25℃。结果苯甲酸钠峰与其他峰能达到基线分离,并能排除辅料的干扰,线性回归方程为Y=3 531.4 X+2.683(r=0.999 9,n=6),苯甲酸钠质量浓度在0.02~0.16 g/L范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.43%,RSD为1.42%(n=6)。结论该方法可用于槐枝合剂的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for effective control of the content of sodium benzoate in Huaizhi Mixture of hospital preparation. Methods The Agilent XDB-C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted, the mobile phase was 0. 05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution ( pH=3. 0 with phosphoric acid ) -acetonitrile ( 65 :35 ) , the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wave length was 248 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The peak of sodium benzoate and other peaks in samples could be separated from baseline. The regression equation was Y=3531. 4 X+2. 683 ( r=0. 9999, n=6 ) , the sodium benzoate showed a good linear in the concentration range of 0. 02-0. 16 g/L, the average recovery was 98. 43%, and RSD was 1. 42%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of sodium benzoate in Huaizhi Mixture.
