摘  要:胃肠道肿瘤化疗耐药使得许多患者治疗失败,而其机制不清。随着长链非编码RNA(Long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)被发现可在转录、转录后及表观遗传学等多个方面调控机体的病理生理过程,许多研究发现LncRNA与胃肠道肿瘤耐药也密切相关。LncRNA不仅与肿瘤的十大特征有着密切联系,并且可通过影响药物转运体,以竞争内源性RNA的作用方式,影响肿瘤细胞凋亡和调节上皮间质转化等过程调控胃肠道肿瘤耐药。本文就近年来发现的与胃肠道肿瘤耐药相关的LncRNA及其参与胃肠道耐药的机制作一综述。Gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy resistance makes many patients be fail treatment,and its mechanism is unclear. The long-chain non-coding RNA( LncRNA) was found in the transcription,transcription and epigenetic,and other aspects of the regulation of the pathophysiology of the body. Many studies have found that LncRNA is also closely related to gastrointestinal cancer resistance drugs. LncRNA is not only closely related to the ten characteristics of the tumor,but it also regulates gastrointestinal cancer resistance by the impact of drug transporter,competitive endogenous RNA in the way of action,affecting tumor cell apoptosis,and regulating epithelial mesenchymal transition process. This article will review gastrointestinal cancer-related LncRNA and its participation in gastrointestinal resistance mechanism.
