中西医结合治疗肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征伴焦虑抑郁临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四逆四君汤联合黛力新治疗肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征伴焦虑抑郁的效果。方法:将80例肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征伴焦虑抑郁患者随机分为观察组40例,采用四逆四君汤联合黛力新治疗;对照组40例采用常规疗法联合黛力新治疗。观察2组临床疗效及焦虑、抑郁评分。结果:总有效率观察组为92.5%,高于对照组的67.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁评分观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四逆四君汤联合黛力新能减轻肝郁脾虚腹泻型肠易激综合征伴焦虑抑郁症状,疗效优于单纯西医治疗。Objective： To observe clinical effects of Si Ni Si Jun Tang combined with Deanxit in treating irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） of liver Qi-stagnation spleen-deficiency pattern complicated with anxiety-depression.Methods： Eighty patients with IBS of liver Qi-stagnation spleen-deficiency pattern complicated with anxiety-depression were randomized into 40 cases of the observation group, which adopted Si Ni Si Jun Tang combined with Deanxit, and40 cases of the control group, which used routine method and Deanxit. Clinical effects, anxiety and depression scales of both groups were observed. Results： Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, higher than 67.5%of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P0.05）; the observation group was lower than the control group in the scales of anxiety and depression, and the difference presented statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： Si Ni Si Jun Tang combined with Deanxit could relieve the symptoms of the patients suffering IBS of liver Qi-stagnation spleen-deficiency pattern complicated with anxiety-depression, its effects are superior to these of western medicine.
