摘　　要：对施工企业可承受贷款利率进行分析,从盈利能力方面,采用模糊综合评价法进行论述,提出了盈利能力风险评价结果与贷款利率对应起来的方法,得出施工企业可承受的贷款利率。This paper analyzes the profitability of the construction enterprises,and discusses the profitability of the profitability,and puts forward the method of profitability risk assessment and the loan interest rate,and draws the loan interest rate that the construction enterprise can bear.
